Each participant must have a personal insurance, the SCIG does not insure its members. Participants that do not show up to an activity will not be refunded. In the event of a medical issue, your personal cancellation insurance should reimburse you. The outing may be changed or cancelled at the last minute due to weather conditions, teaching issues or safety concerns. Participants will need to be equipped with the appropriate gear and be in adequate physical shape to practice the activity they sign up for. When in doubt, please check with the director of the section, who if need be may refuse to take on a participant. I hereby affirm that I am physically and technically apt for the activity that I am signing up for. I also affirm that I have an appropriate insurance coverage and that I am aware of the risks inherent to this activity.
